PayUpBro is not affiliated with, and does not represent, class counsel, the defendants, or any court-appointed settlement administrator. Eligibility is determined by the settlement administrator, not PayUpBro.

PayUpBro does not file or submit claims on your behalf, and does not collect, hold, or transfer any settlement money. When you choose to claim, you file directly with the official settlement administrator, and any payout is made by them directly to you. Filing a claim with the official administrator is always free. A PayUpBro subscription pays only for the app’s discovery and deadline-reminder features, never for filing a claim.

Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your store account. Restore a previous purchase from Settings, then Restore purchases.
Canada
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
United States
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your state of residence requires otherwise.
